Thanksgiving Brunch
November 28 | 10am - 3pm
Enjoy the tradition of togetherness at a bountiful Thanksgiving Brunch in luxury at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, where award-winning chefs and an expert staff attend to every detail of a memorable meal. Four dynamic restaurants and five talented chefs come together to present one spectacular Thanksgiving feast. Chefs from Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda, Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar and Ironwood American Kitchen will each bring their own special culinary talents and themed menus to the table.
Thanksgiving Brunch

Accepting reservations from 10am – 3pm. Adults - $152++, Children - $64++, Children 5 and under eat free with paying adult. Cancellations after 72 hours will be charged 50% of the reservation.
Bourbon Steak
Try a tableside experience at Bourbon Steak like the mouthwatering, hay-smoked tomahawk flame flame-grilled by a chef inches from your seat, or the grilled pineapple foster for two, crafted tableside with coconut sorbet and spiced rum. Celebrating the entire month of September, delight in Bourbon Heritage month and sip on a flight of some of the best bourbons in the biz.
