Chris joined the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as Director of Sales and Marketing in 2023. With 28 years of experience in hospitality, he has held various Sales and/or Marketing Director positions including at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, St. Regis in Kauai and Dana Point, California, Auberge Resort Collections, Four Seasons in Hawaii and most recently in Minneapolis. When not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his family outdoors - traveling, hiking, camping, fishing, golfing, and seeking new adventures.

Sonja joined the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as Director of Travel Industry Sales in 2024. She launched her post-graduate career in Japan before expanding her diverse travel/hospitality and sales/marketing career in New York, London and Phoenix. When not working, Sonja loves spending time with her family traveling, trying ethnic restaurants, volunteering through the National Charity League, supporting the Green Bay Packers and cheering on her daughters on and off the lacrosse field.

In 2021, she moved to Arizona with her husband, son and dogs, and joined the Princess as a National Sales Manager. MacKenzie, a true native of the Valley of the Sun, was born and raised in Arizona. After graduating from Grand Canyon University, she began her career as a Sales Coordinator at the Princess. Her dedication and expertise quickly led to a promotion in 2023 to Destination Sales Manager, and in 2024, she advanced to National Sales Manager, handling inquiries from the East Coast and Canada. Outside of her professional life, MacKenzie enjoys quality time with her husband and children at local lakes, parks, baseball games, and farmer's markets.

After a decade of teaching, Amy has returned to the hotel industry. Starting as a Sales Coordinator, she supported Sales Managers by coordinating leads and reviewing contracts. Recently, she earned a promotion to Destination Sales Manager, where she oversees familiarization trips and manages small, medium, and large group markets when the sales team is out of the office. Outside of work, Amy cherishes moments with her husband and children. She finds joy in exploring the Sonoran mountains through hiking, indulges in the satisfaction of solving puzzles, and delights in the simple pleasure of cozying up with a good book.
